What we collect
When you submit a contact or Insider Club form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, project context, message, source page, and marketing-consent choice. We also process a security-verification token to deter abuse.
How we use it
We use contact-form information to route and respond to your request. We use your email for occasional SSC marketing only when you opt in. We do not sell or rent your information, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in SSC's Airtable customer-relationship system and processed through Cloudflare security and hosting services. Purchases are processed by BeatStars under their terms and privacy policy — we never see or store your payment details.
Embedded content
Pages on this site embed the BeatStars player and YouTube videos (privacy-enhanced mode). When you interact with those embeds, those platforms may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your choices
You can decline marketing and still send a project inquiry. Marketing messages will include a way to unsubscribe. To ask what we hold, correct it, or request deletion, email contact@shadowscribecollective.com from the address in question.
