What we collect
When you join the Insider Club, request a free beat pack, or send a contact message, we collect the information you submit: your email address, and — on the contact form — your name, company, and message. We also collect basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics (pages viewed, referrer, and campaign tags) without cookies-based cross-site tracking.
How we use it
Your email is used to send you what you signed up for: beat packs, release announcements, early access, and replies to your inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored in our customer database (Airtable) and our email delivery provider. Purchases are processed entirely by BeatStars under their terms and privacy policy — we never see or store your payment details.
Embedded content
Pages on this site embed the BeatStars player and YouTube videos (privacy-enhanced mode). When you interact with those embeds, those platforms may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted, email hello@shadowscribecollective.com from the address in question and we’ll remove it within 30 days.
